Prague 9 January 2012 - Potential evaluators can register into the OP RDI evaluator database only if they fulfil the requirements below.    

I. General qualification criteria:

• university education
• active knowledge of English (meetings of the evaluation committee with attendance of foreign evaluators will take place in English)

II. Professional eligibility requirements for evaluators of overall quality of projects in call 4.3 of Priority Axis 3 Equipment of Specialized Science and Industry Libraries:

 Basic eligibility requirements:

1. Experience of at least 3 years of managing Specialized Science or Industry Library, or larger Library operating within a University or Research organization. It is necessary to list relevant practical experience.

2. Experience of at least 3 years with acquisition policy, negotiation with foreign partners, especially with producers of specialized multidisciplinary information databases, experience with purchasing specialized electronic information resources as well as book collections, with its maintenance and completing in specialized science or industry library. It is necessary to list relevant practical experience.

3. Experience of at least 3 years with providing information services to users who come from academic community and from wider research area, especially with specific needs of such services. It is necessary to list relevant practical experience.

At least one of the aforementioned requirements must be fulfilled.

Given experiences must be relevant to at least one of seven Priorities of applied research, development and innovations (Biological and Environmental Aspects of Sustainable Development, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Energy Sources, Materials Research, Competitive Engineering, Information Society, Security and Defence).

All experts must evidence their professional resume and statutory declaration confirming the correctness of given information and fulfilment of eligibility requirements.
