Evaluators will act in their personal capacity, not as representatives of their employer or any other subject. Evaluators have to be impartial, unbiased and professional. Each evaluator has to sign a Declaration of impartiality and confidentiality before the beginning of the evaluation process. Evaluators will act under the conditions of these declarations during the entire period of evaluation and also after the termination of the evaluation process.

Requirements for the evaluators of factual quality of projects in Priority Axis 3 OP RDI, Call 8.3 – An effective system of evaluation of targeted support programmes:

Possible evaluators can register into the OP RDI evaluator database only if they fulfil the requirements stated below.

I. General qualification criteria:

• university degree
• active knowledge of English (the evaluation committee meetings with attendance of foreign evaluators will take place in English)

Basic eligibility requirements:

1. Experience of evaluation of programme support in the field of science and research. The condition is the participations on at least one evaluation as either team leader or evaluation expert. It is necessary to list relevant experience. The evaluator will be requested to submit at least one example of evaluation in which he/she participate as the author or co-author of evaluation report. Evaluation of specific projects as a part of the programme realisation is not fulfilment of this condition.
2. Experience of creating / setting system of programme [1] support. It is necessary to list relevant experience.
3. Experience of creating or implementation of programme or similar support in the field of science and research. It is necessary to list relevant experience:

It is necessary to fulfil at least two of the basic eligibility requirements.

All evaluators must submit their professional CV with the sworn affidavit confirming the truthfulness of given information and fulfilment of requirements eligibility.

The evaluators cannot be in any relationship with applicants in Call 8.3 OP RDI, nor can they be involved in creating any application or part of the application.

To fulfil the registration conditions, you must state your availability to attend meetings in Prague on 15th – 16th May 2014 in your registration e-mail.
